| Bid Description | The project scope generally includes: partial demolition of existing construction, preparation of existing steel framing to receive new construction, concrete slab placement, metal stairs and railings, sealants, aluminum storefront glazing system, and painting and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings. PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on October 26, 2016 at the project site, Major Taylor Parking Garage, 30 Major Taylor Boulevard, 30 Major Taylor Boulevard, North Stair Worcester, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.
