| Bid Description | The project scope generally involves construction of three buildings at the Green Hill park Zoo facility, including a toilet and entrance building, a storage building (future gift shop), and a garage , storage building, including all systems for these buildings. Foundations were installed under separate earlier contract, and the site-work is being completed under separate contract.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at the project site, 150 Green Hill Parkway, Worcester, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
