Request for Qualifications - Polar Park - Underground Waterproofing

Worcester Redevelopment Authority requests that qualified and experienced Trade Contractors submit Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms no later than 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 18, 2019. 

Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following categories of work: Underground Waterproofing (ECC $335,000).

The Worcester Redevelopment Authority is proposing to construct a new Triple A baseball stadium.

The total estimated construction cost is approximately $70,000,000.00 and the construction duration is approximately 18 months from September 1, 2019 through April 1, 2021.

At this time, the Worcester Redevelopment Authority is seeking qualifications only for the Trade identified above to support the early activities as described. The full RFQ for all Trades will be issued at a later date.
