REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION

Notice to Construction Management at Risk Firms

CITY OF WORCESTER, MA – Notice to Contractors M.G.L Chapter 149a Construction Manager at Risk Advertisement.  The Worcester Redevelopment Authority is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) and invites qualified and experienced Construction Managers to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the construction of Worcester Downtown Ballpark Project.  Minimum Qualification requires a DCAMM Certificate, compliance with the MA Prevailing Wage statute, as well as compliance with applicable Minority and Women Owned Business hiring percentages. Project Description:  Construction of a new Triple A ballpark built to Major League Baseball standards with a total capacity of approximately 10,000; construction of one or two parking garages with a total capacity of approximately 500 cars; demolition of existing structures, and other related work; with an estimated construction cost of $90M.

The Solicitation Package (Request for Qualifications) will be available on January 16, 2019 at http://bids.worcesterma.gov/.  You must REGISTER on the website to obtain the RFQ and to ensure receipt of any addenda.
