Request for Qualifications - Elevators Pearl-Elm Garage

A pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday May 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.  at the project site, 20 Pearl Street, Worcester, MA 01608 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Worcester Department of Public Works & Parks is proposing to restore the existing Pearl-Elm Municipal Garage.

The project includes, but is not limited to, concrete repair, vehicular and pedestrian traffic coating, steel repair and painting, roofing replacement, exterior façade upgrades, window and door replacement, curtainwall, new finishes in lobby and office areas, elevators replacement, stairs replacement, new fire alarm system, plumbing and fire protection upgrades, new lighting and electrical upgrades, new ventilation system and related code compliance issues.  The total estimated cost of the Project is approximately $13,000,000.00 and the construction duration is approximately eighteen (18) months.
