Worcester Redevelopment Authority requests that qualified and experienced Trade Contractors submit Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms no later than 11:00 am, Thursday, October 24, 2019. 

Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following categories of work: Masonry (ECC $1,300,000), Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron (ECC $813,000), Waterproofing, Damp-proofing and Caulking (ECC $900,000), Roofing and Flashing (ECC $1,120,000), Metal Windows (ECC $2,100,000), Interior Glass and Glazing (ECC $377,000), Elevators (ECC $648,000), Fire Protection (ECC $810,000), Plumbing (ECC $3,700,000), HVAC (ECC $6,620,000),  Electrical (ECC $8,890,000)

The Worcester Redevelopment Authority (WRA) is proposing to construct a new Minor League Baseball Triple A Ballpark.

The project will be subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws.  The total estimated cost of the Project is approximately $74,400,000 and the construction duration is approximately eighteen (18) months.
