Bid Description	The City of Worcester, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for: Tacoma Street Playground Improvements, 285 Tacoma Street, Worcester, MA 01605 in accordance with documents prepared by Weston & Sampson., for the Worcester Public Works and Parks, 50 Manny Familia Way, Worcester, MA 01609. The project scope generally includes the construction of a new playground, a sprayground with a support building, an athletic field, vehicular parking and all related site development. Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows: (1) Section 04 00 01 - Masonry Work (2) Section 05 00 01 - Miscellaneous Metals and Ornamental Iron Work (3) Section 07 31 53 - Synthetic Slate Roofing (4) Section 22 00 01 - Plumbing (5) Section 23 00 01 - HVAC (6) Section 26 00 00 - Electrical PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on August 24, 2023 at the project site, 285 Tacoma Street beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction area. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting. GENERAL BID RESULTS ATTACHED
