The project scope generally includes: Removal and replacement of windows, doors, roof, boilers and associated equipment, interior building improvements, new accessible entry / elevator and any other related work necessary to complete all the Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on FRIDAY, JANUARY 10, 2020 at, Worcester Challenge and Reach Academy, 15 Harlow Street Worcester, MA 01605 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas and will then proceed to each of the remaining project sites.  Attendance is highly recommended.
