The project scope generally includes:

 Window and exterior door replacement

Construction of new ADA compliant toilet rooms

Installation of vertical lifts to provide ADA compliant access between floors and to stage.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 9:00 am beginning at the Belmont Community School, 170 Belmont Street, Worcester. We will then move to the Wawecus Road School, 20 Wawecus Road, Worcester at the completion of the Belmont School visit.  The pre-bid conference will provide a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
