2204 - Bleacher Replacement for Burncoat High School

The City of Worcester, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for: BLEACHER REPLACEMENT FOR BURNCOAT HIGH SCHOOL, 179 Burncoat Street, Worcester, Massachusetts 01606 in accordance with documents prepared by Habeeb & Associates Architects for the Worcester Public Schools, DAB, 20 Irving Street, Worcester, MA 01609.

The project scope generally includes replacement of existing wood bleachers with new telescoping bleachers and other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings. Construction also includes installation of a new electrical transformer and sub-panel with new feed from existing electrical room. 

Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at the project site, Burncoat Sr. High School, 179 Burncoat Street, Worcester, 01606 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
