| Bid Description | The project scope generally includes: At Both Buildings One and Two: Window and Exterior Door replacement. Boiler Replacement and Associated Controls. Construction of ADA compliant exterior ramps and railings and associated site work Construction of new ADA compliant toilet room Installation of vertical lifts to provide ADA compliant access between first and second floors. Security Upgrades to include card readers, cameras and intercoms at main entry doors. And any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings and specifications. PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on February 25th, 2016 from 1:00AM to 2:00 PM at the Building 2 - Grafton Street School 311 Grafton Street, Worcester, MA 01604 beginning at 1:00 PM with a brief overview then tour of the School. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting. |
