2403 - Law Department Interior Renovations - Room 301 -City Hall

The project scope generally consists of demolition of existing electrical circuits, installation of concealed conduits to refeed electrical circuits, creation of a new breakroom with sink, countertop and cabinets over resilient flooring, demolition of flooring down to original substrate, installation of new underlayment and flooring throughout, demolition of built in place bookshelves and ¾ height wood/glass partitions, and patching/preparation/painting of all walls and ceilings, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:

(1)             Section 23 00 00 HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING

(2)             Section 26 00 00 ELECTRICAL

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at City Hall, 455 Main St., Room 301, Worcester, MA 01608 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
