The proposed Polar Park project is located in a former industrial area that is a designated urban redevelopment zone. Work on site began in September 2019. a Pre-Bid conference will be held at the project site, 90 Washington Street, Worcester, MA 01604, Friday December 20, 2019 @ 10:00 a.m. Please note each firm MUST BE PREQUALIFIED to submit a bid.
