| Bid Description | Bid Results attached Request for Proposals Trade Contactors - Worcester Ballpark Parking Structure The project scope generally consists of constructing a new four-level precast concrete parking garage with a capacity of approximately 344 cars on property south of Madison Street on Green Island Boulevard (currently under construction) in Worcester, MA. The proposed parking garage project is located in a former industrial area that is a designated urban development zone. The Project is composed on multiple bid packages, including civil/site enabling work, foundations, precast concrete, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, etc. The project will be subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws. The total estimated cost of the Project is approximately $17,500,000, with a construction schedule duration of approximately ten (10) months. Trade Bids will be required for the Work of the following sub-trades: MASONRY (Pre-Qualified) MISCELLANEOUS AND ORNAMENTAL IRON (Pre-Qualified) WATERPROOFING, DAMPPROOFING AND CAULKING (Pre-Qualified) ROOFING AND FLASHING (Pre-Qualified) PAINTING (Pre-Qualified) ELEVATORS (Pre-Qualified) FIRE PROTECTION (Pre-Qualified) PLUMBING (Pre-Qualified) HVAC (Pre-Qualified) ELECTRICAL (Pre-Qualified) Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-bid Conference will be held on Friday, November 20, Please note each firm MUST BE PREQUALIFIED to submit a bid. |
