Notice to Construction Management at Risk Firms

CITY OF WORCESTER, MA – Notice to Contractors M.G.L Chapter 149a Construction Manager at Risk Advertisement.  The City of Worcester, MA is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) and invites qualified and experienced General Contractor’s and Construction Managers to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the construction of a New Worcester South High Community School.  Minimum Qualification requires a DCAM Certificate, compliance with the MA Prevailing Wage statute, as well as compliance with applicable Minority and Women Owned Business hiring percentages.   Project Description:  Construction of new 347,000(+/-) square foot High School, Demolition and removal of existing 240,000 (+/-) square foot High School, Associated site work (civil, landscaping, site improvements etc.) with an estimated construction cost of $160M.

The Solicitation Package (Request for Qualifications) will be available on September 06, 2017 at http://bids.worcesterma.gov/ .  You must REGISTER on the website to obtain the RFQ and to ensure receipt of any addenda.
