| Bid Description | Request for Qualifications - Construction Manager @ Risk New Doherty Memorial High School The City of Worcester, Owner, will soon construct a new high school at 299 Highland Street. The school is of type IIA construction with a steel braced frame superstructure on six levels totaling 421,858 square feet and an estimated construction budget of $240 million. Work is anticipated to begin June 2021. Occupancy is expected in September 2024.
