Request for Qualifications - Doherty Memorial High School - Underground Waterproofing

The project is a multi-phased project to construct a new high school to replace the existing Doherty Memorial High School, to be demolished. The existing school shall remain occupied during construction. The total estimated cost of the Project is approximately $293,000,000.00 and the construction duration is approximately forty-four (44) months. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 149A. The City of Worcester Department of Public Works & Parks, through its Trade Contractor Prequalification Committee, is pre-qualifying firms interested in providing public Trade Contractor services on this Public Construction Manager at Risk (CM at Risk) Project for the new Doherty Memorial High School project through this RFQ process. Information on the prequalification process, evaluation format and evaluation criteria are provided in the RFQ. Only pre-qualified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were pre-qualified. The Construction Manager for the project is Fontaine-Dimeo, LLC. and the Project Architect is Lamoureux Pagano Associates Architects.
