Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following categories of work: Masonry (ECC $3,550,000), Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron (ECC $2,055,000), Waterproofing, Damp-proofing, Caulking (ECC $1,745,000), Roofing and Flashing (ECC $4,250,000), Metal Windows (ECC $4,185,000), Glass and Glazing (ECC $400,000), Tile (ECC $3,000,000), Acoustical Ceilings (ECC $2,400,000), Resilient Flooring (ECC $3,000,000), Painting (ECC $985,000), Elevators (ECC $350,000), Fire Protection (ECC $1,750,000), Plumbing (ECC $5,820,000), HVAC (ECC $16,000,000), Electrical (ECC $19,500,000). PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Worcester is proposing to construct a new high school at 170 Apricot St in Worcester, MA. The City is currently engaged with the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) to construct a new South High Community School in Worcester, MA. The proposed South High Community School project is comprised of several phases, with the construction site located in a densely populated neighborhood, adjacent to the rear of the existing high school, which will remain occupied during construction. The South High has a large student population and requires coordination and accommodation of special education busses, traditional busses, as well as afterschool van and parent pickup.
