2102 - Senior Center Interior Renovations

INTERIOR RENOVATIONS TO THE WORCESTER SENIOR CENTER

The project scope generally includes the creation of a new interior egress stair, the reconfiguration of the interior layout on two floors and the related interior finish and MEP work.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday March 10, 2021 at the project site, 128 Providence St., Worcester, 01604 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
