2412 - Vernon Hill Park Building Improvements

The project scope generally includes interior and exterior renovations to various support buildings located at Vernon Hill Park.  

Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:

(1)                Section 09 00 01 - Painting

(2)                Section 22 00 01 - Plumbing

(3)                Section 26 00 01 - Electrical

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on November 22, 2024 @ 10:00 AM at the project sites, starting at the Little League Building, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
