The project scope generally includes:

 Window and exterior door replacement

Boiler replacement and associated controls

Construction of ADA compliant exterior ramps and railings and associated site work

Construction of new ADA compliant toilet rooms

Installation of vertical lifts to provide ADA compliant access between floors.

    PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 11:00 am beginning at the Gerald Creamer Center, 120 Granite Street, Worcester. We will then move to the Chandler Community School, 114 Chandler Street, Worcester at the completion of the Belmont School visit.  The pre-bid conference will provide a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
