2401 - Basement Toilet Room Renovations at the Lincoln Street School

The project scope generally includes replacement of utilities, fixtures, equipment, and finishes related to the two basement toilet rooms at the Lincoln Street School. 

Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:

(1)             Section 220000 - Plumbing - Filed Sub Bid Requirements

(2)             Section 260000 – Electrical - Filed Sub Bid Requirements

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on April 12^th, 2024 meeting at the main office of the school at 549 Lincoln Street Worcester, Massachusetts 01605, beginning at 2:30PM. with a brief overview and tour of the project area.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
