| Bid Description | The City of Worcester, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for: BOILER REPLACEMENTS FOR BELMONT, CITY VIEW AND CHANDLER MAGNET SCHOOLS, various locations, Worcester, Massachusetts 01603 in accordance with documents prepared by edm architecture & engineering, pc., for the Worcester Public Schools, DAB, 20 Irving Street, Worcester, MA 01609. The project scope generally includes replacement of boiler, water heaters and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings. Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows: Section 220000 PLUMBING Section 260000 ELECTRICAL PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at the project sites, starting at Belmont Street Community School, 170 Belmont Street, Worcester, 01605 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. The walkthrough will then continue to City View Elementary School, 80 Prospect Street, Worcester, MA 01605 and end at Chandler Magnet School, 525 Chandler Street, Worcester, MA 01602.
