| Bid Description | The project scope generally includes:
Toilet Room Buildings; Improvements to the existing building, including stripping the existing shingles, replacing soffits, installing a new shingle system, replacing all the plumbing fixtures, all new utilities, renovating the interior and exterior of the existing building, including new electrical service. Other than the immediate sitework around the building for the new walk, and connection of the electric service, the other sitework will be done during the next project phase, which will include a temporary walkway to the street.
All include painting, miscellaneous repairs and rehabilitation and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings. Filed Sub Bids: Roofing & Flashing, Plumbing, Electrical PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the project site, 200 Mill Street, Worcester, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting. |
