| Bid Description | The project scope generally includes:
Repairs to the existing pavilion structure include replacement of the asphalt shingle roofing with new asphalt shingles, flashing, drip edge, etc., replacement of damaged roof sheathing, preparation and painting of all the existing steel trusses and miscellaneous metal components, preparation and painting of all existing wood surfaces, and cleaning of stone piers. DCAM certification is ROOFING Filed sub-bid required in PAINTING |
