Bid Description	The project scope generally includes: Removal and Replacement of Windows and Exterior Doors at all three schools. Construction of new exterior entry stair and platform at Jacob Hiatt Magnet School. Security Upgrades at all three schools to include card readers, cameras, and intercom at main entry doors. And any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings. PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on February 25^th, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon starting at the Flagg Street School, 115 Flagg St. Worcester, MA 01602 beginning at 10:00 AM with a brief project overview and then a tour of the three Schools. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
