(8)                Section 230000 HVAC

(9)                Section 260000 ELECTRICAL

The project scope generally includes interior renovations to various spaces within the school to satisfy 521 CMR MAAB accessibility requirements, including bathrooms, classrooms and hallways.  Also included are exterior renovations at several entrances, and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at the project site, 315 Saint Nicholas Avenue, Worcester, Massachusetts 01606, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
