Bid Description

The project scope generally includes: the interior reorganizations of masonry walls, exterior painting and finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.

Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:

 

  1. Section 04.20.00 – UNIT MASONRY

  2. Section 09.99.00 - PAINTING

  3. Section 22.00.00 - PLUMBING

  4. Section 23.00.00 - HVAC  

    PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on October 19, 2018 at the project site, 158 Dorchester Street, Worcester, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
