| Bid Description | ALL GENERAL BIDS HAVE BEEN REJECTED The project includes, but is not limited to, concrete repair, vehicular and pedestrian traffic coating, steel repair and painting, roofing replacement, exterior façade upgrades, window and door replacement, curtainwall, new finishes in lobby and office areas, elevators replacement, stairs replacement, new fire alarm system, plumbing and fire protection upgrades, new lighting and electrical upgrades, new ventilation system and related code compliance issues. The total estimated cost of the Project is approximately $13,000,000.00 and the construction duration is approximately eighteen (18) months. All Bidders must be pre-qualified PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the project site, 20 Pearl Street, Worcester, MA , 01608, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
