| Bid Description | The project scope generally includes: partial demolition of existing construction, preparation of existing steel framing to receive new construction, concrete slab placement, metal stairs and railings, sealants, aluminum storefront glazing system, and painting and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings. The total estimated cost of the project is approximately $16,000,000.00 and the construction duration is approximately twenty four (24) months. ALL Bidders must be PRE-QUALIFIED. PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH for PEARL-ELM MUNICIPAL GARAGE RESTORATION, will be held at 10:00am, Thursday, February 22, 2018. Meet outside the Pearl Street Entrance to the garage, at 20 Pearl Street, Worcester, MA 01605. |
