2003 - Provide Sprinklers for Challenge & Reach Academy

The City of Worcester, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for: CHALLENGE AND REACH ACADEMY, 15 Harlow Street, Worcester, Massachusetts 01603 in accordance with documents prepared by Weston & Sampson Engineering Inc., 427 Main Street, Suite 250, Worcester, MA 01608.

Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:

(1)                Section 09 51 13 ACOUSTICAL CEILING TILES

(2)                Section 21 00 00 FIRE PROTECTION

(3)                Section 26 00 00 ELECTRICAL

 The project scope generally includes the installation of a new fire suppression system, a new water main from the street, architectural, and electrical and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, June 22 at the project site, 15 Harlow Street, Worcester, 01603 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
