| Bid Description | Request for Proposals - Acoustical Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting & Tiling - Polar Park Fianl Bid results posted. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Worcester Redevelopment Authority (WRA) is proposing to construct a new Minor League Baseball Triple A Ballpark at 100 Madison St. in Worcester, MA. The proposed Polar Park project is located in a former industrial area that is a designated urban redevelopment zone. Work on site began in September 2019. Pre-Bid Conference: Pre-bid conferences will be held at the Gilbane/Hunt Project Site Office, 10 Green Island Boulevard, Worcester, MA 01604 on the following schedule: Friday, February 28, 2020 at 10:00 AM: • ACOUSTICAL TILE (Pre-Qualified) • RESILIENT FLOORING (Pre-Qualified) • PAINTING (Pre-Qualified) • TILING (Pre-Qualified) Please note each firm MUST BE PREQUALIFIED to submit a bid.
