| Bid Description | Request for Proposals - Underground Waterproofing - Polar Park
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Worcester Redevelopment Authority (WRA) is proposing to construct a new Minor League Baseball Triple A Ballpark at 100 Madison St. in Worcester, MA. The proposed Polar Park project is located in a former industrial area that is a designated urban redevelopment zone. Work on site began in September 2019. A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at the Gilbane/Hunt project site office, 90 Washington Street, Worcester, MA 01604. Please note each firm MUST BE PREQUALIFIED to submit a bid. |
