| Bid Description | Request for Qualifications - Construction Manager @ Risk - South Division Fire Station The City of Worcester, Owner, will soon construct a new Fire Station at 25 Madison Street. The fire station is of brick construction with a steel braced frame superstructure on two levels totaling 30,000 square feet and an estimated construction budget of $47 million.
