Request for Qualifications - Polar Park Parking Garage

Worcester Redevelopment Authority requests that qualified and experienced Trade Contractors submit Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms no later than 11:00 am, Friday, August 21, 2020.

Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following categories of work: Masonry (ECC $150,000), Miscellaneous Metals and Ornamental Iron (ECC $320,000), Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking (ECC $420,000), Roofing (ECC $50,000), Painting (ECC $50,000), Elevators (ECC $500,000), Fire Protection (ECC $325,000), Plumbing (ECC $510,000), HVAC (ECC $300,000), Electrical (ECC $1,445,000).

The Worcester Redevelopment Authority (WRA) is proposing to construct a new precast concrete parking garage with a capacity of approximately 345 cars on property south of Madison Street on Green Island Boulevard (currently under construction) in Worcester, MA. 

The project will be subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws.  The total estimated cost of the Project is approximately $20,000,000 and the construction duration is approximately twelve (12) months.
