Request for Qualifications - Polar Park

Worcester Redevelopment Authority requests that qualified and experienced Trade Contractors submit Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms no later than 11:00 am, Friday, December 6, 2019. 

Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following categories of work: Elevator (ECC $648,000), Tiling (ECC $400,000), Acoustical Ceilings (ECC $300,000), Resilient Flooring (ECC $75,000), Painting (ECC $500,000).

The Worcester Redevelopment Authority (WRA) is proposing to construct a new Minor League Baseball Triple A Ballpark.

The project will be subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws.  The total estimated cost of the Project is approximately $74,400,000 and the construction duration is approximately eighteen (18) months.
