| Bid Description | The Worcester Redevelopment Authority is seeking the services of a qualified “Owner’s Project Manager” as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A½ and as further defined by the provisions of this Request for Services, to provide Project Management Services for the design and construction of a downtown AAA minor league ballpark with an approximate capacity of 10,000 in Worcester, Massachusetts.The Ballpark that has an estimated cost of $86 million dollars and will be completed for the start of the 2021 season. An informational meeting to review the project process and procedures will be held on: Friday, September 7, 2018 at 10:00 am at Worcester City Hall, third floor, Ester Howland Chamber, 455 Main Street, Worcester, Ma 01608. |
