| Bid Description | BI9D RESULTS ATTATCHED INVITATION TO BID / NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT WORCESTER ARTS MAGNET SCHOOL 315 SAINT NICHOLAS AVENUE Worcester, Massachusetts 01606 The project scope generally includes removal and replacement of approx. 56,600 sf of gravel surfaced, built-up roofing and EPDM roofing, and installation of a 90 mil, fully adhered EPDM roofing system, complete with insulation, flashings and a 30-year full-system warranty. General Bids are DCAMM certified in "Roofing" Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows: (1) Section 045000 MASONRY (2) Section 099000 PAINTING (3) Section 220000 PLUMBING PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at the project site, 315 Saint Nicholas Avenue, Worcester, Massachusetts 01606, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting. |
