1608 - Shore Drive Support Building

The project scope includes demolition of an existing bath house structure and preparation of the site for construction of a new non-heated masonry support building containing restrooms, storage and utility space. Site features including but not limited to site lighting, paved access roads and parking, concrete walkways, and fencing are also part if the overall project.

General Bid Results Posted

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the project site, 85 Shore Drive, Worcester, MA 01606 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.

A clerical error has been discovered with the General Bid Form 00400, Page 2, Paragraph E filed sub-bid listing.  The "Painting" filed sub-bid contractor must be hand written in this form next the listing chart.
