| Bid Description | The project scope generally consists of an amenities building including aquatics mechanical room, toilet facilities and storage as well as an exterior spray park and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings. Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows: (1) Section 04 0002 Masonry (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (2) Section 07 0002 Roofing and Flashing (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (3) Section 09 0007 Painting (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (4) Section 22 0001 Plumbing (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (5) Section 23 0001 Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (6) Section 26 0001 Electrical Work (Filed Sub-Bid Required) PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2023 at the project site, University Park, 965 Main St, Worcester, 01606 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting. GENERAL BIDS ATTATCHED
