Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows: (1) Section 04 0002 Masonry (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (2) Section 07 0002 Roofing and Flashing (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (3) Section 09 0007 Painting (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (4) Section 22 0001 Plumbing (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (5) Section 23 0001 Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (Filed Sub-Bid Required) (6) Section 26 0001 Electrical Work (Filed Sub-Bid Required) PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2023 at the project site, University Park, 965 Main St, Worcester, 01606 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.
