2506 - Stair Replacement Federal Plaza Garage

The project scope generally includes demolition of an existing interior concrete and steel stairwell and installation of a new metal stair, landing, and guardrail system at the Federal Plaza Garage Main St. stairwell, located at 570 Main St, Worcester MA 01604. 

Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:

(1)                Misc. Metals and Ornamental Iron, under 05 50 01 – METAL FABRICATIONS.

Plans & Specifications will be available Wednesday July 2, 2025 at:https://bids.worcesterma.gov/.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on July 9 @ 10:00 AM at the project site, 570 Main St. Worcester, MA 01604, starting in the lobby off of Main St, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
