1701 - Stearns Tavern Interior Renovation

The project scope generally includes interior renovations of an existing wood frame building.  This includes new plumbing and accessories for four toilet rooms and one kitchenette, new fire protection system, new HVAC system, new electrical including security and fire alarm system. Insulation and vapor retarders are required as noted on the plans and specifications.  Finishes include new gypsum, painting, trim and flooring.  Selective demolition, cleaning and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings are also part of the overall project.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday September 12, 2018 at the project site (140 Mill St, Worcester) beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas.  It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
