Bid Description	The project scope generally consists of interior renovations to the second floor tenant spaces. Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows: Section 095113 – ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS Section 099000 – PAINTING Section 210000 – FIRE PROTECTION Section 230000 – HVAC Section 260000 - ELECTRICAL PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019 at the project site, Union Station, 2 Washington Square, Worcester, Massachusetts 01604, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is highly recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting.
