| Bid Description | The City of Worcester, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for: WATER SERVICE UPGRADE City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, Massachusetts 01608 in accordance with documents prepared by NV5 Engineering Services for the City of Worcester, Department of Public Facilities, 50 Officer Manny Familia Way, Worcester, MA 01605. The project scope generally includes replacement of water service and other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings. Replacement of the water line with associated work shall be the priority effort with the replacement of the water main with associated work following. The intent is to have the water main line replaced as soon as possible. Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows: (1) Section 220000 Plumbing PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the project site, City Hall, 455 Main St., Worcester, 01608 by the Garage entrance on Front St. beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction area. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting. General Bids Attached |
