| Bid Description | PROJECT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. ALL FILED SUB-BIDS HAVE BEEN REJECTED. THE PROJECT WILL BE RE-BID AT A LATER DATE. The City of Worcester, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Qualified DCAMM certified General Contractors for: WINDOW, DOOR, ROOF REPLACEMENT AND ACCESSIBLE EGRESS Project in Worcester, Massachusetts 01603 in accordance with documents prepared by HAKS Engineering, PC, 56 Roland Street, Suite 202 Boston, MA 02129 Filed Sub-Bids required as follows: Masonry, Metals, Roofing, Waterproofing, Windows, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018 at the project site, starting at Lincoln Street School; 549 Lincoln Street, Worcester, beginning at 10:00 A.M. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. Thorndyke School and Elm Park School project sites will follow.
The following is the pre-bid conference project site schedule: Lincoln, Street School: 549 Lincoln Street, Worcester, MA 01605. 10:00 A.M. Thorndyke Road School; 30 Thorndyke Road, Worcester, MA 01606. 11:00 A.M. Elm Park Community School; 23 N Ashland Street, Worcester, MA 01609.12:00 A.M.
It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting. |
