| Bid Description | Filed Sub-Bids required are as follows:
The pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the project site 2 Washington Square, Worcester, Massachusetts 01604, beginning at 10:00 AM with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is highly recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting. The project scope generally consists of exterior improvements to the Harding Street Entrance at Union Station, and the pedestrian and taxi routes at this location. The work includes in brief, re-roofing, re-siding, masonry cleaning and minor masonry infill, lighting improvements, painting and miscellaneous repairs, and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections. All General Bids have been REJECTED. |
