| Bid Description | The project scope generally includes construction of steel building and interior buildout consisting of plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and electrical and any other related work necessary to complete all of the Work of the respective Sections and indicated on the drawings. PRE-BID CONFERENCE - The pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at the project site, 2 Coppage Drive, Worcester, 01603 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a brief overview and tour of the construction areas. It is recommended that all Bidders attend this meeting. This is a Re-Bid in Glazing and HVAC Bids due 1-28-15 @ 11:00 a.m This is a Re-Bid in Electrical Bids due 2-4-2015 @ 11:00 a.m. Note General Bids have been recieved. Bid results attached. |
